Cheaper Than Therapy Challenge # 15

This week our challenge is to use layout 61 from the clever ladies at Inspired Blueprints:

and incorporate Stampin' Up's new Big Top DSP along with Stampin' Up's new Pennant Punch. Both of these products are beautifully displayed on pages 32 & 33 of the 2011-2012 Stampin' Up! Idea Book and Catalogue.
