Soccer Star!

I ran into Night of Navy & Lucky Limeade together whilst meandering through Google images one evening and had to create something with it. (I think the Lucky Limeade is looking a little blah in these photos, but take my word for it, they look great together. LOL).
This is they layout I have come up with and teamed it with Sahara Sand. The layout itself is very versatile. It can be turned sideways, upside-down, whatever suits your photos really.

As for the theme, well I think it suits a multitude! So I have included a few ideas with the stamp sets I have in this photo:

I have to admit the surfer is my favourite, then probably the monsters for a Messy Monster theme, but I have lots of soccer photos to scrap, so that's the plan for my layout.

Soooo Much Scrapping!

I was inspired by Andrea Walford's Happy Birthday layout, I just love how simple the layout was, and loved how you could CRAM so many photos onto this page. And I have done it 3 times now, all in different papers and all with totally different themes!

SCRAP CLUB 2012

I am excited to have 11 ladies joining me for my second Scrap Club this year and with the new brochure coming out tomorrow, in goes my order for Scrap Club Round 1 2012!

We are going to be focusing on punches this time around and for Round 1 we are using the Bird Builder punch and co-ordinating it with papers from the new DSP Floral District.

Here is the layout I have made with my kit and I look forward to sharing it with everyone at our first Scrap Club.

Tissue Box Bird House

Thanks for the loads of help from my Dad, who made me this cute craftwood bird house/tissue box!! Isn't it sweet?  He also helped me cut out the paper template one Friday night using the new Stampin' Up! papers 'Floral District'.
It's ultra cute, but I don't think hubby is real impressed that it has a new home in the kitchen! I did try to colour co-ordinate it. lol.
All I need now is to give it a matt laquer and it's all finished, then start on my next order 'a princess' tissue box... Hmmm bet you can't guess who placed that order?

Making this took my back to Country Crafts my Mum used to do. Does anyone remember covering boxes and photo frames with padded material. LOL

Easter Layout

I 'finally' have the STAMPIN' UP! alphabet stamp set I have been eyeing off FOREVER. It is the 'Just Perfect Alphabet' and it is just that, just perfect! It fits in the new small oval punch, the pennant punch and the 3/4" circle punch and I am sure more.

I have used it to make an Easter heading using the small oval punch, so that the heading looks like little easter eggs. So cute and oh so CASED from Rachael (thanks Rach xo).

I have also used a Sizziz die from their 'Stuffed Animal' set to make the cute bunny.

And as I havent had a chance to print this years Easter photos yet, I have scrapped last years. lol. Well, that's another one to tick off the list.

Stamp Club # 5, 1st March 2012

Here is the layout we will be making for our very last Stamp Club in this round.
I have used the Sale-A-Bration papers, which everyone will be receiving half a pack for FREE. I just LOVE the Sale-A-Bration time of year.
The colours in this layout include: Soft Suede, Pool Party, Lucky Limeade, Crumb Cake and I have used the matching stamp set in the Sale-A-Bration Catalogue, Fresh Vintage, & 2011-12 In-Colour markers to create a cute scalloped embellishment.  Girls, the layout can take more than the 4 photos shown, my photo mountings are purely there to give you an idea.
Can't wait to share Stamp Club # 5 goodies with you all!

Cheaper Than Therapy Submission # 17

I had no idea where this challenge would lead me, but am delighted to say it came together so easily and I am really happy with the end result.

Be sure to blog hop over to Adele and Rachael's and see what they came up with for this challenge.
