Wedding Layout

I have had a couple of requests for a wedding layout, so when I came across a card made by Kirsty Brown (http://www.kirstyscardnscrap.wordpress.com/), I had to CASE it and turn it into a scrapbook layout. I have a little hole, which I just cant decide what to fill it with (maybe some journelling), but thought I'd share it anyhow.

Here is a close up of the detail (and oh yes, the hole!).

I havent looked at my wedding photos since we received them back from the photographer, 12 years ago. WOW! It was a little emotional.

Anyway, I have another layout I want to do with a pretty little wedding dress in it. Hope it doesnt take me 12 years to complete that one.

Cheaper Than Therapy Submission # 17

I had no idea where this challenge would lead me, but am delighted to say it came together so easily and I am really happy with the end result.

Be sure to blog hop over to Adele and Rachael's and see what they came up with for this challenge.

Cheaper Than Therapy Submission # 15

Just a reminder that this week's challenge was to use the new Big Top DSP paper, a sketch from Inspired Blueprints and Stampin' Up's new Pennant Punch.
And yes, I managed to get Book Week scrapped for THIS year. How exciting. I used the real red & whisper white patterned papers from the Big Top DSP and added Marina Mist (yep it's my current fav!) and Wild Wasabi to the mix. I'm really happy with it.

So, that's Ben's Book Week pages done, now onto Mikaedy's...
Don't forget to see what Adele and Rachael came up with this week.

Cheaper Than Therapy Submission # 14

So this week's submission turned into a double layout. I had ideas to use my birthday zoo photos on last week's challenge and since Rachael gave me a brilliant idea to use my Father's Day photos last week, then this week my birthday photos were burning a hole in my craft table. I'm must say, I'm glad I did save them, as I think they look good with these colours.
Do you think that's all the photos I took at the zoo? Of course not! This is only us arriving at the zoo. LOL. Stay tuned, there will be more pages to come.
How did you get on with the Burgundy challenge Rach and Adele?
