'Dear Santa' Scrapbook Layout

Im not normally one to do Christmas in July, but for my next workshop, we will be scrapping our Christmas photos. I have created this one to scrap Christmas morning photos, but it could be used to scrap a Santa photo or a school Christmas concert.

I love Santa falling down the chimney. This image has been created using punches and my husband's sketching ability for Santa's sack. There is lots of daubering to give the image shading and definition. It should be fun to create! Oh and not to forget the Envelope Board Punch to create our letter to Santa.

Soooo Much Scrapping!

I was inspired by Andrea Walford's Happy Birthday layout, I just love how simple the layout was, and loved how you could CRAM so many photos onto this page. And I have done it 3 times now, all in different papers and all with totally different themes!

Wednesday DAY Workshop 'Christmas Elves' 30th May

Such a cute layout and lots of room for plenty of Christmas photos.
I originally had it in mind for scrapping a pre-school Christmas Concert, something I have always taken plenty of photos of, but never scrapped, but it would suit anything Christmas!
Can't wait to share those little elf shoes with you on Wednesday ladies. xx

Same layout: different colours & different stamps. Which one will you choose?

I have made the same layout and just changed the colours and stamp sets to give each one a different theme.
I have been looking forward to using all of these stamp sets in a layout and I am really happy with the colours I chose as well. I havent used any patterned paper, just stamps and a bit of sparkly spritz to jazz the papers up.

Here is my layout using Stampin' Ups! 'Pretty Princess' stamp set (the frog is sooo cute!):

Sorry, my close up is terrible:

I have turned the same layout into a boys layout. I have used the 'Lots of Bots' stamp set and I have also used 'Need for Speed' as a second option. I havent titled it yet, but think I might use this layout for our trip to Bathurst to the car races (so the cool red car from 'Need for Speed' might just be the winner!)

Here it is done with 'Lots of Bots':

And a close up (again not very good!):

Here is the layout with the 'Need for Speed' stamp option. It has a choice of a boat, car, plane or quad bike.

Here are all the stamps in 'Need for Speed':

Which option will you choose?

Cheaper Than Therapy Submission # 15

Just a reminder that this week's challenge was to use the new Big Top DSP paper, a sketch from Inspired Blueprints and Stampin' Up's new Pennant Punch.
And yes, I managed to get Book Week scrapped for THIS year. How exciting. I used the real red & whisper white patterned papers from the Big Top DSP and added Marina Mist (yep it's my current fav!) and Wild Wasabi to the mix. I'm really happy with it.

So, that's Ben's Book Week pages done, now onto Mikaedy's...
Don't forget to see what Adele and Rachael came up with this week.

Cheaper Than Therapy Challenge #1 Submission!

Well, here is my first challenge. I think it looks a lot nicer in real life, or maybe my photography needs some help... As I'm an avid scrapper, rather than a card maker, you're sure to see most of my challenges turn into scrap layouts. The challenge was to use Melon Mambo, Wild Wasabi and Daffodil Delight with the Stampin' Up! stamp set 'A Slice of Life'. (I am waiting ever so patiently for my new buttons to arrive this week and I'll change my pale pink button to a Melon Mambo one!!) I hope you like it! Ive got some bday party plans for it!
Don't forget to check out what Rach and  Adele came up with this week!
