Cheaper Than Therapy Challenge, # 20

For Challenge Number 20, we are using another sketch by the talented Becky Fleck:-

Our Colour Combination this week is to use Basic Black, Very Vanilla, and one other colour of our choice; as well as any stamps and embellishments we wish to use.

Be sure to drop back next Monday to see what Adele, Rachael and I come up with.

Cheaper Than Therapy Submission # 19

A few hours late today! It's been a busy few days (with a late night thrown in at Rachael's Girls Night In). Here is a reminder of the layout for Challenge # 19, using Stampin' Up's paper Nursery Nest:
I had lots of photos to scrap, so I have gone a little more than what the layout allowed:

Don't forget to check out Adele and Rachael's. I've had a sneak peek and their layouts are just beautiful.

Showing Off!

Just thought I would post photos of the layouts my Thursday 'Day' girls did yesterday. They were all so awesome, all so different, yet all based on the exact same layout.
This was my original layout we took inspiration from:
Here is Cath's triumphant layout:

and Adele's final installment to Uncle Lindsay's Graduation:

Martine's Father's Day Scrabble page:

and a close up of those awesome scrabble tiles she made for her heading!!! Love it!

and Kelly: (who, may I say has never ever done a layout without pink in it yet! lol, but we are going to change that next Thursday!!)

Awesome layouts girls and lots of fun making them. I just love how one layout can be so different, depending on the theme and colours.

Cheaper Than Therapy Challenge, # 19

We are just in love with Becky Fleck's sketches and hence this week's challenge uses one of her sketches again.
We are going to use Stampin' Ups! new DSP Nursery Nest, which have some great soft baby-themed colours BUT the challenge this week is to try and use the paper pack and sketch without a baby-oriented theme.
Here is the set of colours in this pack:
Good luck Rachael and Adele! I'm really looking forward to seeing the outcomes.
